On the 21st March 2018 Z-BRE4K partners, HOLONIX and EPFL, attended the 9th I-ESA conference which was held at Fraunhofer IPK in the city centre of Berlin.

The I-ESA conference is a forum that gives the opportunity to service providers, entrepreneurs and industrial stakeholders to share their experience, ideas and challenges on all aspects of enterprise systems interoperability. Indeed, the interoperability is a fundamental requirement for a smooth work of future technologies like new business models, smart services, IoT and Cloud technologies.

In conjunction with the main conference, I-ESA hosted two workshop sessions on topics that were close to those of the conference, but more project results oriented.

Among these, one was dedicated to “Predictive Maintenance in Industry 4.0” and our project partners took advantage of this opportunity to present the paper “Maintenance planning support tool based on condition monitoring with semantic modelling of systems and their healthy/deteriorated signature” by Alice Reina, Gökan May, Eva Coscia, Sang-Je Cho, Jacopo Cassina and Dimitris Kiritsis. exhibit our latest, leading edge, developments

They presented the approach to develop a maintenance planning support tool implemented within Z-BRE4K project, raising the interest of the audience on the progresses of the project and disseminating the results achieved so far.
